As part of EMTEPH’s continuous improvement, the company introduced Suggestion Scheme and “MY INNOVATION” to find ways to increase current productivity, decrease cost and increase quality levels of each process which are the target of the said program.

Continuous improvement program is an ongoing effort to improve products, services and processes. EMTEPH employees have partake in this kind of activity; small improvements are less likely to require major capital investment than major process changes. They are less expensive compared to ideas come from consultants and specialists. All of employees are continually seeking ways to improve their own performance because it help to encourage them in taking work ownership and reinforce team work, thereby improving workers motivation.
